How much does it cost to get an account?

It is completely free to both sign up and have an account with Spotless Water.

I do not have an account can I still get water?

You can still use the self-service filling station without an account, simply use your debit or credit card for payment.

Can I claim the cost of the Pure Water as a expense against my business?

Yes, you can claim the cost of the pure water as a business expense. If you are a 'Pay As You Go' customer with out a account your receipt will be emailed to you each time you fill up. If you have a account with us all your invoices are kept on your account page, so when you are doing your accounts it's easy to download them and print them out.

Once I have used up my £20 free credit will I be charged any additional fees?

There are no additional charges, you are able to top up your account with as much or as little as you like after you have used your £20 free credit.

Will I need to sign a contract?

There are no contracts with Spotless Water, you are free to use it as much or as little as you like.

Can I replace my current system with the 24/7 filling stations?

Yes. The ultra-pure network is specifically designed to replace van based pure water systems and all other water purification systems.

If I need another key fob how much is it?

Additional key fobs can be added at no extra cost.

Can I have more than 1 key fob?

Yes. An account can have multiple key fobs for multiple vans. Each key fob is linked to the main account so other drivers can use the credit from the same account. The first key fob is automatically allocated to your account, then each key fob after that will need to be assigned to a vehicle registration or staff members name before use on your account page.

Why do I have multiple key fobs but only one works?

Only your first key fob is assigned to work. All other key fobs will need to be assigned to a vehicle registration or staff members name on your account page in order for it to work.

Can I track who has dispensed water?

Yes. You can track each individual key fob which will show you the user, how many litres were dispensed, the time and the site.

How do I use the filling station once I have an account?

After you have setup an account you can then request your key fobs, you will need to create additional users to assign the key fobs to. While you are waiting for your key fob to arrive in the post you can use the sites as a pay as you go customer with your debit or credit card. If you need a key fob urgently, then let us know by calling the team on 0800 35 76 76.

How do I find out where the filling stations are located?

I have set up an account and applied for key fobs, what happens next?

You will now receive your welcome pack and key fobs in the post within 2-3 working days.

When does my £20 fee credit expire?

Your free credit will expire after 4 weeks. After that you can top up at a Spotless Water kiosk, via our online portal or with the mobile app.

Do I have to be a window cleaner to sign up?

No, Spotless Water can be used by anyone that needs ultra-pure water.

Is the water drinkable?

The filling stations have not been approved or built to standards for human consumption.

Is the water bad for the environment?

The water is not harmful to the environment, it is free of chemicals and sedatives.

How do I get the gate code for 24/7 use?

You can find gate codes and other information about all our locations on the “Locations”page on our website. You can also call our team on 0800 35 76 76 for help with gate codes.

How quick does the filling station fill?

The filling station dispenses water at 100 litres per minute. There is a catch you can use to leave it filling big tanks with an auto cut off feature for when the water level reaches the nozzle.

Does the filling station freeze in the winter?

We have heaters inside the filling stations as well as heated hoses to stop the filling station from freezing even in the coldest of winters.

What if the container is empty?

The containers are designed to handle peak usage and while water is being dispensed more ultra-pure water is being created. The system is industrial size and runs far quicker & economically than those you would normally find in the back of a van or in a garage at home.

What is the minimum and maximum I can fill in one transaction?

The minimum you can buy is 1 litre and the maximum is 10,000 litres.

Is there a surcharge for small orders?

No, you could fill a 1 litre bottle up and it would be the same price per litre for a large water tank.

What happens if a site is unavailable?

It very rarely happens that a site is unavailable, but we have engineers on standby should this happen. We also locate sites within a short drive of another, so you will never be more than 20 minutes away from another location.

I have used the filling station with my credit or debit card but I have not had my receipt through, what can I do?

This could be because there was typo when your email address was entered in and we have received a bounce back from the email provider. Please get in contact with us so we can check and resend it to you.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you go to the login page there is a button you can click for forgotten password, this will then email you a new one.

I have a friend that wants an account too, can I refer them?

Yes you can, and for each new referral we will apply £25 free credit to your account once they have used their new account and added credit to it.
