The Cleaning Excellence Awards spotlight the most innovative products, services, and individuals. From technological innovations and smart solutions to sustainability and individual commitment, the awards celebrate standards of excellence throughout the professional cleaning and hygiene sector.

What does Sustainable Company of the Year mean?

The Sustainable Company of the Year category recognises a company in the UK cleaning and hygiene sector that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to sustainability practices, environmental responsibility, and social impact.

This category celebrates companies that have incorporated sustainable principles into their operations, products, and corporate culture, leading the way in creating a greener and more sustainable future, and influencing others to do the same.

We have been noticed for our environmentally friendly approaches and commitment to sustainability. For example, our Spotless EcoFlow system that reduces resin bead wastage and our nationwide filling stations to reduce transport emissions.

How is it judged?

The judges give credit for evidence of positive, value adding results that make innovative use of otherwise wasted resources. Initiatives are also rewarded for addressing energy, water, and general ecological foot printing.

Criteria and judgement for this category may include:

1. Environmental Stewardship: minimising environmental footprint and promoting sustainable practices.
2. Sustainable Product Offerings: developing and offering sustainable cleaning and hygiene products.
3. Supply Chain Sustainability: sustainable sourcing and responsible supply chain management.
4. Corporate Social Responsibility: social impact and engaging with the community.
5. Employee Engagement and Well-being: promoting employee well-being and engaging in sustainability practices.
6. Transparency and Reporting: transparency and reporting on sustainability metrics and goals.
7. Industry Leadership and Collaboration: involvement in industry-wide sustainability initiatives, partnerships, and advocacy.

What would winning mean for us?

Winning this award would be a great achievement, and an opportunity for us to showcase the sustainable practices we follow and why we are deserving of such an award.

We can prove to not only our customers, but also other companies that we are a well-established growing business, dedicated to serving our customers whilst focusing on eco-friendly practices and environmentally friendly solutions. This award would be an opportunity for us to broaden our reach, attract new customers, and increase our positive reputation whilst influencing others to work towards a greener future.
