Our demographic ranges from window cleaners to car detailers and valeters! As, our ultra pure water is perfect for cleaning, many trades like solar panel cleaning, medicine and dentistry use ultra pure water for both cleaning and sterilisation.
We also have a large customer base who use our water for hobbies, including fishkeeping and aquariums, botanics and home brewing, Spotless Water provides the perfect base to build from.

Our water pure isn’t tested for human consumption so we do not recommend you drink it!
If it is remineralised as such in the process of home brewing, then once you have carried out the correct testing, our water may be consumable once additional elements are mixed in.
To maintain its purity, ensure the container you are using to keep your ultra pure water has been sterilised so it doesn’t contaminate the water.
We recommend using an opaque container and keeping the water out of direct sunlight.
Yes, you can have multiple fobs on your Trade Account, which you can also then link to individual employees.
You can access your account at the station by using your fob number to log in if you forgot to bring it with you.
Your unique key fob number can be found either in the portal or on the back of your fob. We recommend you jot down your fob number in case you lose it!
You can simply request a new key fob in your Trade Account portal, plus you can request multiple fobs if necessary too. You can also contact our customer service team to get one sent out for you.
No, We don’t charge for any lost or additional fobs. Simply email our customer service team and they will be more than happy to send you a new one. While you are waiting for your replacement fob you can still use your fob number at our stations to access your account.

You can still use the self-service filling station without a trade account, simply use your debit or credit card for payment.

Yes, you can claim the cost of the pure water as a business expense! As an account holder, your transactions will be listed in a downloadable format in the Spotless Water portal.
If you are a ‘Pay As You Go’ customer without a trade account you can enter your email address during the payment process and your receipt will be emailed to you. If you have a trade account with us then all your invoices will be logged under your transaction history in the portal.
Yes! If you’re a Trade Account User, all your transactions will be listed on your account in the portal, these can be downloaded as a PDF.
You will need to log in to your account through the website to be able to access the download feature for all statements and receipts.
There are no contracts with a Trade Account, you are free to use it as much or as little as you like.
Yes, if you have a Trade Account, it’s easy to assign fobs to your employees and track your usage in the portal.
Once you have set up a Trade Account, you will automatically be sent a key fob with a unique fob number in the post. You can then simply use your new fob or fob number at your closest station, plus you can top up your balance through the portal set up auto topup and request multiple fobs once signed in.
You can reset your password at the portal, simply press ‘I forgot my password‘ and enter your email, then follow the instructions.

You can add as many employees in your portal, plus you can link and assign individual key fobs to each employee.

Our stations are temperature controlled and designed with heated hoses and nozzle covers to help to prevent our water from freezing before it’s dispensed in adverse weather.
The containers are designed to handle peak usage and while water is being dispensed more ultra-pure water is being created.
The system is industrial size and runs far quicker and more economically than those you would normally find in the back of a van or in a garage at home.
On the rare occasion our site isn’t working and depending on the issue, our stations will either go into free vend so you can still dispense 100 litres at a time or a message will be sent out and placed on the screen advising of the nearest functioning station.
If you call us on 0800 35 76 76, we have a team of engineers ready to fix any issues and get the station back up and running as soon as possible.
When our stations are under maintenance, we switch our stations to free vend so you can still dispense whilst we work. This means you can then dispense 100 litres at a time at no cost.
Once you have dispensed 100 litres, simply replace the nozzle and pick it up again each time to continue filling up.

No there isn’t!
Yes! All our stations are accessible to anyone who would like ultra pure water.
Some of our stations have a £15 pre-authorisation put in place by the payment provider. This isn’t a payment to Spotless Water and will revert to the actual amount spent once the transaction has cleared. To avoid this pre auth you can set up and use a free account .
We’ve made exciting updates to improve your Spotless Water experience. Trade accounts were previously known as Basic Accounts but now offer more benefits such as maintaining the price per litre at the pump that our customers were used to. Pay as you go customers (non account users) will soon incur a small increase on the price at the pump.
Pay As You Go or PAYG is when a customer uses a Spotless Water station to dispense water without using a Trade Account keyfob or their Trade Account fob number. They access water, pay for what they use by credit or debit card and leave. PAYG customers will soon incur a slight increase in price for this service, however, they can avoid the increase by signing up for a FREE Trade Account here
If you’re a PAYG customer, consider signing up for a free Trade account to keep enjoying the current price.
No problem! If you prefer not to have a Trade account, you can still use our stations and pay at the pump. Just keep in mind there will be a small convenience fee of 2p per litre added to the pump price.
No need to worry! If you already have an account, it will automatically transition to a Trade account. As long as you use your existing key fob at the station, you’ll continue to enjoy the same great price per litre.

Absolutely! You can continue using our stations and pay at the pump if you prefer. Just remember there will be a small convenience fee of 2p per litre added to the pump price without a Trade Account.
No, you don’t need to be a registered company to sign up for a Trade account. It’s open to everyone! Our Trade accounts are designed to benefit all our customers, whether you’re a registered business or an individual.
The small convenience fee for PAYG customers not using a Trade Account helps us continue offering the same great price per litre to Trade Account holders. It ensures fairness and allows us to maintain the quality of our service. We’re committed to providing you with the best value and options.
